Our luxury villa is located at Formby Court, Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee. It is a single story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with upgrades in every area. Located on the corner of Formby and Lake Berkley Drive it has a view of the main lake and playground. The villa was completely renovated when we bought it in February 2008 – new floors, bathrooms, furniture in addition to complete redecoration inside and out. As such the house is virtually brand new and will only be taking guests from March 2008 onwards. Providing everything for the family including internet access, HD Plasma TV, PS2 and a Games Room with Pool Table and Air Hockey. The villa is fully air conditioned with decor and furnishings having been upgraded to the highest standard.
The villa has a formal dining room to enjoy your culinary delights (or a take-away) as well seating in the kitchen for a less formal snack. The living area boasts leather sofas and designer furniture to help unwind while reading or listening to your favourite CD. The main living area also hosts a large High Definition Plasma TV with a full 250 channel cable package including the movie channels.
Through the patio doors you can enjoy the fantastic south facing pool area with the 30ft heated pool. The tranquil view of the lake is the perfect background from which to soak up the sun or relax in the pool - with plenty of decking and ample furniture. For those looking for some shade we have a lanai to provide some respite from the sun.
Lake Berkley is a private gated community with a spring fed lake, sandy beach, tennis courts, volleyball courts, coffee shop, children's playground and 200ft clubhouse. The main lake which we back on to is well-stocked and fishing is on a 'catch and release' basis. The Fishing Pier is the perfect place to fish, in addition to the fish the lake is home to a number of large turtles, some of which are over 50 years old. The island on the lake is also a sanctuary for ducks and birds which kids can enjoy feeding as they walk around. The private Clubhouse with cyber-cafe provides internet, arcade games, pool tables, lounge area, concierge and gym with treadmill, stair climber, bike and Nautilus equipment. To the rear of the clubhouse and NEW for MAY 2009 is the infinity pool and hot-tub. A poolside Tiki Bar is open for guests between 4pm – 8pm at Hapimag. For those seeking a quieter pastime there is a jogging track / nature trail around the resort as well as a peaceful gazebo overlooking the main lake.
